YMCA Women of Excellence
Celebrating it's 40th year in 2025, the YMCA Women of Excellence Awards is a unique celebration hosted every two years by YMCA of Southwestern Ontario. This prestigious event honours eight remarkable women who have unlocked their full potential and continue to inspire others to do the same. Each award recipient is recognized for her exceptional achievements and contributions, which have a lasting impact on the vitality of our community.
These women shine brightly as leaders, changemakers, and innovators in their fields, embodying the YMCA’s mission to ignite growth for people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and abilities. The gala not only celebrates their accomplishments but also serves as a reminder of the profound difference one person can make. Through their dedication and drive, these women are helping to shape stronger, more vibrant communities, ensuring others have the opportunity to Shine On and reach their full potential.
